Hey! I’m Jannis Stadtmann

Carpenter, engineer, idea finder and problem solver. And as a partner in an interdisciplinary network of experts, I help small and medium-sized enterprises as well as startups to shape their path to a promising future.

My topics

Guided by the question „What are good ideas and how do they become successful?“, my work focuses on Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management. In doing so, the following topics are in the focus of my work:

Customer Centricity

Enabling sustainable business success through customer-focused methods, processes and mindsets.

Innovation Management

Shaping activities, processes, and systems that generate ideas, solve problems, and create value.

Business Design & Engineering

Turning ideas into business models and building on them to develop long-term functioning companies.

My way of working

I work in a network-oriented way, in projects of different duration and in an international environment. My way of working is characterized by the following:

Hands on & result driven

I combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution. Always focused on delivering: Results that create value.

Value-based

The goal of my work is to create value. That is my guiding principle and it is non-negotiable.

Boundary spanning

Craft, science, entrepreneurship. I like taking new perspectives. This is the basis of my work and makes me a dancer between worlds.

Globalized

My current focus is on India. In addition, my work history includes activities in Germany, Finland, Italy, Ghana and Chile.
